Upgradeability and freeze

The TABLETS proxy is currently upgradeable by the configured upgrade authority. Calling freezeUpgrades() permanently disables future implementation upgrades.

The Robinhood Chain deployment page lists the current proxy, implementation, upgrade authority and upgrade-freeze status.

Only the configured upgrade authority can call upgradeToAndCall or freezeUpgrades. Calling freezeUpgrades is irreversible.

Freezing upgrades affects only the TABLETS proxy implementation. It does not guarantee the availability of external content or the continued operation of Robinhood Chain or CLAY.
